This is a selection of our foundation classes that are available to our trial members! Our full membership timetable comprises of over 20 adult classes per week and also includes full use of our McGregorFast strength and conditioning area!
During your trial period we prefer that our members participate in a maximum of one class per day.
Please wear comfortable training clothing for class, preferably with no zips or pockets. Should any other equipment be needed for the classes you choose to partake in, we provide this free of charge during your trial!
Once you have completed the application, the next step is to choose a class you’d like to begin with. Arrive to the gym 10 minutes early and enjoy!
